Financials are almost never on time with SGMD!!!! What are you talking about? They were delayed through most of 2017 and again due to "inclement weather" circumstances in late 2018. I quite expect some reason for delay in less than 72 hours (when the next quarter is due)

I too have been holding awhile, and see what this stock can do. The company has yet to show me full capability and execution proficiency, but I am willing to give it time.

I don't think it is a scam, but I do have a bit of skepticism that we will see the $70 million plus that had been projected in last year's Press releases.
