He refers to the already announced tender offer which has always been 1.37 per PLFX share. Gonna be interesting if they follow through on that price but either way I'm just puzzled that nobody is interested to buy PLFX here at 17 cents because even if they only give a one buck buyout price or whatever it's a huge buy down here as far as I can tell.

All in all Recallstudios sounds like an interesting situation once they are on the NYSE listed. Could be a huge one for the next few years if they come through with their plans.
