the short issue should be addressed first imo. the company should order the nobo list and see if there is a short position out there. if there is a large one as some ppl claim(200-300mil)they should do something about it as that would take the float to 300-400mil and while there might be high buying pressure there will also be lotsa shares to be sold. if there is no shorts or small position, fundamentals should do.
