Abels III, the Louisiana Tax Commission TOP administrator has resigned in the wake of his arrest last month on accusations that he collected pay for hundreds of hours that he actually spent playing GOLF! He was also arrested for domestic violence & public payroll fraud, including 63 Counts of filing or maintaining FALSE public records....Yup, Louisiana a great state to sink lots of $$$$ in grow/experimental facility, 'cause everything seems to be working sooooo smoothly & above board.
