Great thanks! Even though clearly some mistakes have been made (and often at the shareholders expense), applying a little logic here helps.

Jeff Garon was brought on (and decided it was something that was worth his time and energy and he could fix/help with given all of his past expertise and connections) and this will slowly course correct. Like many others I'm extremely unhappy with the 300% increase in shares but I have to hope that there's more to the story (not just to pay off debt). I think both naysayers and blind optimists have overexagerated the situation.
