It was discussed some time ago, that Q3 was going to be crappy, mostly because the EDS deal was slower than expected, and as a result, the EDS deal was not going to be a contributor to the Q3 revenues, as was originally expected. It was ALSO posted on the boards, that BECAUSE of the crappiness, supposedly TKO would be putting out some sort of PR, to bolster the stock price, and announce something BIG--I think in the utility area, or airports (meaning Homeland Security), sometime after the earnings report came out...and before Thanksgiving.

It was ALSO posted on the boards, that along with the BIG announcement that was coming next, it would be revenue producing enough, to provide TKO the opportunity to give us some guidance, along with the announcement, as it would not be another VAR situation, but instead one where TKO was actually going to make some money for itself.

So, that is not to say this earnings report should be overlooked ...(actually it was way worse than I expected...)but it IS to say that we expected a bad report this time, but we also are expecting some good news for Q4 revenues, forward, very soon......I hope.
