IPIX has debt. They have term debt owed to insiders who presumably won't sue for payment until they have to. They also have trade debt with current liabilities and employee payroll liabilities, which can also be demanded via lawsuit that could initiate bankruptcy (either forced or voluntary).

As shareholders we're counting on them having enough liquidity to keep the trade and employee payables current. This is what the last two 'special' share sales have helped to do.
