There is potential for a real home-run investment if the REIT can turn around...

While the average REIT (VNQ) trades at about 15-20 times its cash flow, CBL is today offered at just around 1 and a half times FFO. In other words, the cash flow yield is upwards of 65%!

The biggest and most exciting piece of news for CBL is that it successfully closed on a new $1.185 billion secured credit facility maturing in July 2023.
