to our knowledge, there were never any safety concerns regarding a dosage increase. Earlier studies used a much higher dosage.

the relatively slow pace of dosage escalation was probably merely cause by lack of financing more arms to the trials, as such is a bit more costly.

but I guess we are finally here and now we are enthused.

trding mentioned that another dose escalation to 1000mg (or more) would be desirable for cancer and we strongly agree.
Our house scientist even would like to see high dosage IV for cancer in the trials as well, to see how occupancy works with the now added cancer cells.
Know that our 700mg weekly satisfy T-cells quite well, but cancer cells add more CCR5 into the system.
If a big pharma would run this, they would simply do just that.

Now our positive strategy would be to get cash for HIV and GvHD to finance all of this for cancer and we should be close.
