Bc Sgmd is a much smaller company .
That loses lots and lots of money , million a year but
Yet they are able to buyout much bigger companies that are profitable
You have to ask yourself how is this even possible .
It's not In Theory unless Sgmd has something to leverage themselves
Which is budlife !!
This all started when the prototype budlife was finished in nov, dec 2018
And Sent out for the finally test period . Who do you think did the testing ! Bizright and others like sky and I bet some of the cultivators . Since
Then we started acquisition after acquisition . Like Sgmd had something so powerful they had to get on board . Then plantation Corp (budlife )is set to go public .
Then Sgmd excutes there options to buy all of bizright
When bizright could of easily backed out since the deal was over
The amount of Day aloud !

Last time I seen a smaller company buyout a much larger company
Was aol and time Warner and espn bought out Fox !

But here Sgmd loses so much money and is 10x smaller in rev and loses millions
A year ! I never heard of such a thing.
If you were bizright would you make a deal with Sgmd or call up Scott's
Or sky and merger yourself. I would not ! Unless you seen something that Sgmd had
And the industry need it and was tested to see if there was a demand for it!

I bought at 3 cent round July 2018 for the reason of budlife
The price doubled . I knew Atmosph technology was around for a long time
And it really does best for cannabis and tobacco.
Sgmd found a way to tweak the tech and put it on a mason jar . It's real
Since then I been in 120 percent .
Also if my memory serves me right Sgmd can exercise Their option to buyout all of plantation
