Hey Green... I just got on! For Penny Stocks, the commissions are capped at 4% of the Purchase or Selling Price at optionsXpress.

If you bought 1,000,000 shares @ .001, the commission would be $40 on a purchase price of $1000, for example.

And they have had Buy/Sell on 4 decimal places now for a couple yrs. When I first signed up with them, they only had 2 decimal places, which was no good for buying Penny Stocks! LOL!
