Dr. Dalton appears to be a pretty smart man and highly respected in his field as far as we can tell anyway. However, as a CEO of a publicly traded company or any company for that matter, by all appearances does not seem very smart. Doesn't know when to put out news, doesn't know how to get a company current with SEC required filings, can't seem to connect with shareholders and just pretty much has not completed a whole lot that he started working on a long time ago.
