To count the shares correctly they have used in previous deals. They were using common shares with a much higher sell price and when they add them back into the float they would have to count them in the float at current prices and not the strike price. That would make an impression that the AS is in the multi billions. Until legal and the auditors can figure it out they will keep the TA gagged. My suggestion is call Ron Blackburn and let him explain.
