VATE acquired the co from its own marketing director?? And if you go to the site - no mention of Elev8? And Tina Aldrich is still the marketing exec for VATE while focusing (it looks like) her own store selling other products?

No mention on BB website - no Elev8 products listed. This looks like a good small venture- but wonder why if VATE acquired no update on site, and no VATE products?

- 06/26/18 - Buys L&P Cold Brew from (?? ) Blessed Bean - the co that was acquired 6 mo later?

the follow up is unclear...and what was acquired also unclear...appears to be a process/formula?

I cant see this on the Zoe site....

and we of course await the release of the RTD bevs after the Jan 4th release the products are in production.

The point of this is that there is inconsistency of releases with developments and acquisitions with limited follow up

Disclosure - I hold a lot of shares and have asked mgt and gotten no response. Want this to succeed...but also transparency and follow up.
