And there is no need in criticizing CZNI for this closure. I’m stating my opinion based on the info you provided from your source. Furnaces and start up costs not being absorbed by CZNI? Not buying it.

We could buy a reporting shell ticker for the money it will cost us to get her reopened and out from upside down with vendors. She has to rehire a staff that is likely no longer available, restock with food and market the opening. That’s not cheap.
