Why are you predicting 2 completely different outcomes for these 2 companies? They are both unlikely to have great earnings because they are selling to the same backward and poorly launched government system, they are both at the mercy of the same wider market concerns (as you are always saying) and the profile of the charts is almost the same. Why do you say one will go up after the earnings are released and not the other?
