Obviously someone cares with endless posts here. Government can simply give warrants back to the enterprises for the cost of transferring the paper, in the case of Fannie that's over 4 billion new shares that they can use for a recap, also they can sell up too 700,000,000 million preferred shares, that's a whole lot of wiggle room, go ahead say it cannot happen.
