If you do the share count math there is technically not a lot of float left. 109,258,050 roughly outstanding, and Eddie owns 73.5% of those, that is roughly 80,900,000 shares and the three largest holders after him owns about 11,250,000 shares. So total those and it comes out to 91,240,000 shares. Subtract that from total outstanding and that leaves around 17,700,000 shares for everyone else to trade. And if you are a long like me then that means even less for the flippers to flip which is good for me because I am tired of seeing the price go up and the flippers drive it back down. Quit trying to make pennies and hold it for the big bucks. Let it ride. Good luck everyone, especially the Sears employees.
