$PULM -- been an absolute stinker -- concurrent small offerings and R/S then direct offering but w/ equiv warrants; institutions effectively acquired 35-40% of the company for $2.5M on Friday.

On watch for executive options being filed at this price; and then the start of PUR1900 trial, seemingly with some sort of external funding news.
