I'm not sure what difference it would make that there were 2 qualified bidders of if their bid was withdrawn. Following the timeline from the PWC postings, it's very clear how & what steps the whole process was & has taken. PWC themselves even got fed up with the nonsense questions they were being asked that they filed an SEC 8K release in Oct 2018' / PR release stating everyone was seeing nothing. PWC has been very clear, the nonsense & fantasy is on this board. At this stage there are zero grounds that would support a class action.
