An important thing to note: The dilution has halted, in regards to taking giant chucks out of the bid. This symbol started taking out the bid for giants chucks of 100+ million or tens of millions, yet has stopped doing that exact thing when the bid hit .0002. There have been 700 million shares sitting there, yet they remain there, because the dumper has decided to stop at .0003 or is finished outright. This symbol is any hour away from shooting way up. It may not hold, but a big run is inevitable.

The ASK will be weak once .0003 breaks. I imagine it running once again to .0028, or at least .0020.
