What’s being overlooked is SPRV has never been a reporting entity. SPRV can’t become current with the SEC since they have never been an SEC registrant. There are required procedures in order to become registered with the SEC, then they can worry about filing.

As it sits now, they haven’t even taken the time to submit unaudited financials to OTCMarkets which is merely a publicly traded pay-to-play set up. Nothing submitted to OTCMarkets (like financials etc) is vetted for accuracy by OTCM nor any regulator.

The company you’re referring to might have been registered, I don’t know. But SPRV was not, and is not.
