United States hemo license fees are cheap in some states

The 2019 Federal Farm Bill has included hemp extracts as legal products for sale. This allows interstate transportation, including through South Dakota, of legally grown hemp and of thousands of value-added hemp products. The burgeoning industry is already allowed in 43 other states”
