Transform Holdco will not own the Sears name
until the Closing Date of the APA.


While the Judge did approve the APA, the
APA has not been finalized yet. Contracts need
to be signed.


SHC may not have to change its name if a
Chapter 7 Liquidation happens. I wonder if the
ticker symbol SHLDQ will have to be changed
if SHC changes its name while in bankruptcy?
