The stock price doesn't seem to be able to recover, even with all the new paid promoters. Since it is trading below a penny and they are obviously trying to find new "investors", they will probably have to reverse split the stock soon in order to try to drum up some interest. Most of the world is not comfortable investing in a stock trading for so little, so a reverse split is probably coming sooner rather than later.
