Your so wrong here SEC demanded the pps be over 1$ Feb 4th from last notice, the only way they would approve the 2nd 180day was if a RS was included in plan to reach 1$ in 2nd 180day. CEO said no RS and did not include in plans for extension so SEC said nogo on request for extension, thus the move from NASDAQ
