They announced an intent to r/s, that is all. Now it has to be voted on. We don't know yet whether there will be an r/s.

For all we know, this could be a lottery ticket. What if there's enough vote to not
r/s?

Now that the pps is at 50% discount. If the r/s is disapproved, just imagine how much can the pps go up to.
