So RFC wasn’t fully open until CZNI got involved? So after the place opened I guess thanks to CZNI, Dee couldn’t sustain operations from daily sales? How long should we hand her $$? Reading this board shortly after the acquisition, Dee seemed to be the queen of catering and quite the businesswoman. Buy food, sell food, make enough in net to cover burn. If she closed the restaurant and failed to pay vendors and employees, maybe she should find another line of work. CZNI should invest in self sustaining entities in need of expansion $$. They should not shovel out money to start ups. If RFC closed after just a few months, throwing more money at it will likely end the same in 2019.
