If there ever was a time to go short on TRTC it would be around the 16th of FEb as on the 21st of FEb a 5.5 million dollar note is due IMHO, If one looks at last Dec a 3 million dollar note came due and the share price fell to around .41 cents . No way to know if the two are related but I would avoid TRTC this month or wait for steady strength (which has not happened) since 2014 IMHO.

I predict a lower low will occur in Late Feb.......

I wish a short seller would post the costs and fees related to shorting any stock under the price of 2.50 a share.
