Although I would prefer it more if Total bought out erhc, than to give erhc cash (which they could potentially squander... not saying they would, but we're all human)...I think that if Total doesn't buy out erhc, maybe Kosmos might want to buy out erhc instead in order to enjoy Total's free 15% carry (assuming that's the case).

With kosmos spending all this money on unproductive lawyers and lawsuits they could've bought a controlling portion of erhc shares by now.
