If you search NASDAQ Rejection a company comes up and it took 10 months for them to get rejected. That company and CVSI are completely different. Sounds like people are thinking it will uplist because it has not been rejected yet. It still can be. Fraud is a huge black eye for CVSI. They have taken steps to make it right, hopefully it is enough to get them there.

Most are here because of the quarter over quarter growth in revenues. Or at least that is why I'm here. I'm hoping that Mona Jr. Did not fudge the 2017/2018 revenue, because seeing those numbers is what made me buy shares. To think that it is impossible to fudge numbers is optimistic. He committed fraud before and could have done it till his last day in the company. I'm glad he is gone, but also uneasy about new CFA discovering fraud once again.
