Red Wire will most likely close this week, after integration delays with the other 2 accretive acquisitions.

Company had no operating capital last month, everyone that read the financials would know that. So they had to dilute some to bridge them through until Red Wire finalizes.

No more dilution after that.

The next PR in regards this matter will be either share buyback and/or all convertible debt settlement.
