Update on Vivo’s investment in Westleaf(WL)

On 10/3/18 Vivo invested $5 million (CA) for 5,882,353 shares @ $.85 per share and also received one half share warrant (2,941,506 shares) @ $1.30 per share if exercised.

WL closed 2/8/19 at $3.73. This would result in a gain of approximately $27,911,000 unrealized gain, presuming warrants would be exercised and stock is still owned by Vivo.

This would be a significant gain in investments during the 4th Qtr.

Note- Tilray also invested in WL ($20 million)
