Even with good news the stock doesnt want to go up. If you look at the analyst reports, they were showing a high of 1.5, low of .7. They slowly been reducing that valuation where now its high is closer to 1 and low of .4. They still showing a rating of BUY, even though there valuation has been slowly declining. This doesnt make sense to me. Im still trying to make sense of all this.
