From what I’ve read.,It was a trouble shell. Previously managed by Jeff Love, a stock promoter and conman. then taking over by a buddy of Loves Byron Young , a hi flying energy selling promoter, who brought in another hi flyer con artist Alex Rodriguez. online background search shows Alex has scam investors out of money with past deals..What happen is clear. These two know nothing about running a public co. Alex deals since talking over has done nothing, other than pay himself a huge salary and expense account. Selling his non profit company To us for stock. Hire his old employees at Zenergy. Then buy another for cash no profit company from his buddies. This is Zenergy today. I foresee Alex soon resigning maybe joining Byron’s CBD company’ words out they plan to put in a penny shell
