10 million shares at .01 = $100,000
1 million shares at $1.00 = One million dollars.

When I only had a million a dollar was feasible.......based on spin offs

Now that I have ten million a penny is the same as a dollar a share and now I don't need a spin offs for $100,000 :)IMHO

100 million shares is the same one million shares when comparing .01 pps versus $1.00 pps.

I'm a little confused on how many shares one shareholder owns would influence PPS to be worth $1.00. ???
