What happens to the company management happens to many companies that are run by scientists. Academia is the opposite of the cut throat dirty business world. The dirty world of Business world and fantasyland are a culture shock to scientists-turned-company managers. They are learning that swimming in OTC dirty waters is not what they thought it would look like. They are learning but unfortunately it has been costly to some good investors so far. It will all be good at the end though.
