Blue, I don’t see where a company gets a six month extension. They have seven days to appeal a delisting notice, within Nasdaq. The appeal takes six weeks, on average. Then 2-4 weeks for a decision. So that is about 9-11 weeks. The company could then appeal to the SEC or a court but that does not stop the delisting process.
