Got off the phone with OTC/MARKETS Reason stop sign was put up is because they needed October 10Q and Feburary 1st was the deadline . He said they give a six month period. So basically July's 10Q and not having Octobers in as of Feburary 1st that's when the stop sign went up.

Also asked about the verified information "Eric stated all of that information is correct" .

So to make a long story short we just need Octobers quarterly and we're current.
