don't think we will see green today , but do not understand the rumbling here about the PR...it looks like a start of a plan to act against the naked shorting..
Step one to declare no dilution at the moment..
Step two act on the NOBO short numbers..change cusip no..call in the certs..declare a dividend...etc...

so today seems to be the start of an action on the NOBO list..

if I am wrong , please explain...thanks...
