Would you please share the detail on the new reverse-split ratio they proposed?

I just looked at the company homepage under Investors/Press_Releases, but couldn't locate the info. Isn't it they're supposed to post a copy of the proxy voting announcement there?

I google-searched for the keywords: advaxis stock reverse split
and found some of the links very interesting as follow:
