I think the only thing to help this RS out is an announcement of revenue, or some sort of large catalyst before this went to a vote. Maybe OWCP has an announcement like this, or maybe their arrogance stands in the way of reality. We will all be receiving the Proxy in the mail at or around Feb. 18th. There is a lot of language in there that says it could happen anytime in 2019 once approved by voters, or even be abondoned if we voted yes. The board of directors unamoulsy recommend passage of this by shareholders, so I highly doubt that’s their intentions.

The RS will work accompanied with a large catalyst. Without that I have some serious reservations about it going in the shareholders favor.
