Watching this the past year I've seen no reason to buy and hold, I've been in and out very infrequently on new lows. I just started a position under .06 and will accumulate from here for 300% + gains. Any selling from here is a temporary over-reaction and will correct. I've seen a few R/S recently and they are only bad when first announced, afterwards the prices don't always tank unless of course the company is doing it to dilute which is not the case here.

Look at Diego Pellicer, they are also OTCQB. When they announced R/S a few months ago, price went from 0040 to 0011 and couple days later was 0050. After R/S the price went over 500% higher than that before settling back down to normal levels. Looks like a similar thing will happen here which is why I'm accumulating as low as this goes.
