They need to complete a multi year audit, but It looks like they never stopped filing with the Edgar formats so it could be faster than normal. Not 100% sure though... Will DD more this weekend.

This stock is trading strong. Some holders are taking profits (healthy), but still holding a core. This is making the float tighter as more and more find it.

Larger amounts held by single holders become smaller amounts held by a larger shareholder base = healthy churn

Its an extremely bullish type of trading action we are witnessing. This float does not require much time to churn at each level, which allows it to keep sustaining gains.

The KEY is the story. It has strong enough elements to keep people holding a core here... Buy the dips, they dont last long... and even more interest is coming next week.
