According to a recent report from Market Watch, a new investigation has kicked off concerning suspected unlawful business practices and other types of fraud within their daily operations. The report was set up simply as an alert to shareholders and is an official disclosure on behalf of the investors of Activision Blizzard.

I am sorry but i have a few more kicks left in the left leg of mine to beat this dead horse... But this is where a good closing argument at trial to show treble damages DUE TO UNLAWFUL business practices and OTHER TYPES of fraud within their DAILY OPERATIONS.
I mean i said it, this will not be to court before we are, and that is good actually because we can bring it up in the abstract as a company that as OTHERS have now publicly said that engages in bad business practices and fraudulent activities.
AND the reason is this, It would go to what is called clean hands. A legal term which will be brought up at some point now. Saying that ATVI does not come into this as the giant of industry that is pristine in all their actions and IF THIS DID HAPPEN WITH WDDDS oh it was just an oversight a mistake and not WILLFUL infringement of our claims.
THIS IS GOOD THING GUYS, BIGGER THAN BEING GIVEN CREDIT FOR.
The more suits being brought is good, very good, for one reason is that they will not see the light of day for 1.5 to 2 years minimum. WAY AFTER WE ARE IN COURT... But we can use the accusations of this is new evidence.
And,,,, just as important if not more so... is their anyone here that believes that on top of these looming cases and investigations that the want our BOMB of a case to explode, that they at trial on top of everything else stole our IP....
I don;t care how many cases and investigations come out, they will be far behind us, except for possibly any depositions which may or may not leak out or any whistle blower that comes forth... this is like someone is rolling out the red carpet for us folks.
AND YES.... it goes to the 1567% of hype some have spoken about, How would any attorney not want to use this to try to get a jury to triple the damages as a it seems Activision may or may not engage in on a daily basis.
And any company that buys out activision should it go that way buys our suit as well... even though i give it a 2% chance of happening and not before we get back to court this summer in boston.
Lastly
as some were talking about 150 million or so awards or etc... lets remember that between S&G percentage likely 1/3 33% plus taxes 25% thats 60% of any plus some warrant contracts may show thay get paid first off of any major play...
It is why i asked a long time ago... i have 3 questions for TK
1- What is the suss and god contract amount 1/3rd plus fees for one case
2- Does S&G by contract have to be our attorneys after ATVI
3- If S&G is ours attorney going forward, once the big work is done and all IP is shown to be solid, it makes all cases going forward easier for suit or settlement do they gett he same 1/3rd.
4- Would TK consider, seriously having an IP in house counsel to handle once ATVI and Bungie are done with, so we do not keep giving away 1/3rd
Patent plays or DATA, you have in the past had TKs ear... could you put up the bat signal and see if you might get a little clarity on the above..
