I don't understand why everyone freaking out about a reverse split. If INTK signs the two big OEM customers and their profit on those two deals is as much as 23 million a year, not a big deal with customers that size, they will need a reverse split of between one for ten and one for twenty to qualify for the NASDAQ. So what? Your precentage ownership will be the same, the company will be making money so valuation will be predicated on that not on a speculative future. No big deal.

It all depends on signing up those big customers or equivalent. If they do, we'll all make the same amount of money whether we own a million shares of 50,000. The chicken littles screaming about a reverse split as if it's a bad thing, are just trying to scare you. If INTK gets the big customers, a reverse split is the best thing that could happen. If they get the price up and get on the NASDAQ, institutional investors could come in and that will really support the price.
