Your math is off again- try $0.30, and yes a discount as of today but not as of three days ago and if you read closely you'll see that they've (shareholders) been converting at those prices (i.e. clearing up the balance sheet) even when the stock was floundering in the $0.20s- i.e. long term holders. Keep going though, you're doing a poor job of making a point. Not sure what your point is though as this board hardly has any activity until now- LOL!
