The only way share cancellation can happen is if the company has the shares in it's hands and cancels them. Is this what you are saying is happening? Also why would they do this? If shares were sold illegally they can not be cancelled after the sale unless the person or organization who sold them is forced to buy them back and then returns them to the company so they can cancel the shares. I have seen no evidence of this. Has anyone else?
