Andy, you seem like you're wound pretty tight dude

The SEC?

The shares reported short on overstock OSTK, are higher than the actual number of shares outstanding, much less in the float.

It's a clear case of shorting without borrowing, on a GRAND, VERY PUBLIC SCALE.

The SEC cannot do anything about that. What makes you think they give two shists about some tiny little pissant company, that has changed its name five times in 7 years, and is about to change its name again....

they don't, and they won't.

There's no restitution to be had, and there's no substantial fines to be colleted. Dialer sure ain't going to pay you your money back, and there's just not room in jail for all the people doing the same thing as it looks like he's done all this time.

Beaides, dialer got good attorneys to make sure he's just making and failing "forward looking statements" which is legal, and he's also made filings stating that he'd authorized the share count to go up to 400 Million.

When it turns out there's 378,000,000 shares outstanding, where's the problem?

Once again, you're wound wayyyyy too tight, Andy. You've made a mistake with your money. It's ok we all do it sometimes....
