Lots of hyperbole and bad info all over the place. Lets straighten one thing out. SHLDQ holders are not owners nor will they participate as owners of the assets ESL is buying. Sears living on will not benefit SHLDQ holders. All this sale news and judge approval...etc... is bad news for old shareholders
